Privacy
This website collects only the information needed to operate the site and respond to enquiries.
Contact enquiries
If you use the contact form, I collect the information you choose to provide, including your name, email address, enquiry type, and message. I use this information only to read, respond to, and manage your enquiry.
The usual lawful basis for this processing is legitimate interests: my interest in receiving and responding to professional enquiries. If an enquiry leads to paid work, some information may also be processed where necessary to take steps towards, or fulfil, a contract.
Contact details submitted through the form are not used for marketing and will not be added to a mailing list.
Services used
The contact form is provided by Tally, which processes form submissions on my behalf. The form also uses reCAPTCHA to help prevent spam and automated submissions.
This website is hosted by Bear Blog. Bear provides privacy-oriented site analytics and does not require regular readers to accept login cookies.
How long information is kept
I keep enquiries only for as long as they are needed to respond to you and manage any resulting professional correspondence. Old submissions and correspondence are reviewed periodically and deleted when they are no longer needed, unless there is a legal, contractual, or administrative reason to retain them.
Your rights
You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information I hold about you, or ask me to restrict or stop certain uses of it. To make a request, use the contact form.
If you have concerns about how your personal information has been handled, you also have the right to raise a complaint with the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
Changes
This notice may be updated if the website, contact form, or the way personal information is handled changes.
